The search resource dropdown is missing styles for the tech and dev preview badges.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

install openshift pipelines operator

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to admin perspective
2. open up search
3. search for TriggerBinding

Actual results:

Expected results:

`Tech preview` string should be displayed in a different color and have left margin
