Description of problem:

Extra white space in first column of Kafka instance table

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

RHOS operator and Kafka instance

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to add page and select the Managed service option
2. unlock the managed service Kafka instance
3. click on managed service card and click on connect button
4. Notice the first column of the Kafka instance table

Expected results:

There should be no extra white space
