Description of problem:

On Clicking Delete project, Dialog is not dsiplayed.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Create a project namespace in any cluster

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on "Project"t in left side navigation menu
2. Select the "Delete Project" from Actions menu

Actual results:

Unable to view delete project dialog [Attaching the recording for reference]

Expected results:

Delete Project should appear on first click

It looks like cache issue, because some times its working fine
