Description of problem:

On deploying knative service git workload or container image or docker file, able to see the incorrect visual on topology

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Kantive operator needs to be installed and subscribe for knative serving and knative eventing instances

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select the git from Add page
2. Enter Git Repo url as "https://github.com/sclorg/nodejs-ex.git"
3. Enter Name as "knative-git"
4. Select resource type as "Serverless Deployment"
5. Click Create button on Add page

Actual results:

workload is not displaying on topology page

Expected results:

Knative workload visual should be displayed with kn as icon

 Initially able to see workload on topology page with deployment visual, but while recording this bug, workload itself is not displayed
