Description of problem:

Add HPA page crashes when you try to create HPA with default values

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create hello-openshift app
2. Use add hpa action from topology
3. Immediately submit form.

Actual results:

UI crashes.

Expected results:

UI should not crash.
