Duplicate cards are displaying in Helm charts page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch to Developer perspective
2. Navigate to Add page
3. Click on All Services in Developer Catalog section
4. Select "Helm Charts" type

Actual results:

Duplicate card tiles are displaying in helm charts page

Expected results:

Unique card should be displayed
