Description of problem:  

Create a parallel-to-parallel pipeline through yaml and editing the pipeline causes the console to break in pipeline builder page.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):  

Pipelines operator installed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a parallel-to-parallel pipeline from yaml.
    parallel-to-parallel-pipeline.yaml
2. Edit the pipeline

Actual results: 

The console breaks with a NPE 

Expected results:  

It should show the pipeline builder page and should not break the console.
