Stop the login execution on every feature to reduce the execution time

Description:

Currently login is executing on every feature file, due to this reason, 40% of execution time is used for it. To reduce the execution time, planned to execute login before scripts execution

Acceptance Criteria

1. comment out the before hook function on every plugin folder
2. Add the function at appropriate place, to fix the execution issue
