      Goal

      Enable quicker cadence of Dev Console updates on Dev Sandbox

      Possibilities to pursue

      Possibilities to pursue include

      1. deliver DevPerspective as a dynamic plugin
      2. allow ability to run a different version of Console on Dev Sandbox, which gets update very frequently (daily? each commit?)

      Why is it important?

      Be able to have quicker cadence of DevConsole updates on Dev Sandbox, so that we can take advantage of UX analytics, deliver quicker, and validate experiences.

      Acceptance criteria:

      1. Internal dependencies are identified and either removed or moved to the SDK
      2. Dev Perspective is converted to a dynamic plugin
