Description of problem:

Clearing applied search filters to quick starts search page does not reset the status dropdown.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

None

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to quick starts page
2. Check one or more statuses in the status dropdown until there are no results
3. Click the 'clear all filters' button

Actual results:

The filters are removed, but the status dropdown is not udpated.

Expected results:

The status dropdown should also be reset.
