Long webhooks URL overflows secret and copy url links.

Steps to Reproduce

Create BuildConfig with import, for example:

1. Developer perspective
2. Import from jar file
3. Switch to the BuildConfig

Actual results:

URL in the webhooks table on the BuildConfig detail page overflows other columns.

Expected results:

URL in the webhooks table on the BuildConfig detail page should not overflows other columns.
