Description

As a user, I want the same experience as the Admin monitoring dashboard in devconsole monitoring dashboard.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Reuse the same components used in the admin monitoring dashboard
2. Show Dashboard selector with these 4 dashboard options and corresponding workload type dropdown
   1. Kubernetes / Compute Resources / Namespace (Workloads)
   2. Kubernetes / Compute Resources / Namespace (Pods)
   3. Kubernetes / Compute Resources / Workloads
   4. Kubernetes / Compute Resources / Pods
3. Show Time range and Refresh interval dropdown
4. Namespace selector shouldn't be present for the Dashboard
5. Show all the charts and table present in the Dashboard
