Add Flow has issues with 's2i-dotnetcore-ex' named repos

Description of problem:

When adding a URL like "https://github.com/redhat-developer/s2i-dotnetcore-ex" in an add flow, we create an app name called "s-2-i-dotnetcore-ex". We shouldn't be splitting s2i

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Add page
2. Select any form that takes a URL
3. Add "https://github.com/redhat-developer/s2i-dotnetcore-ex" in the URL field

Actual results:

See `name` field, "s-2-i-dotnetcore-ex"

Expected results:

Expected "s2i-dotnetcore-ex" to be the auto-generated value for the `name` field
