Description of problem:

Loading indicator on Event source Form is misaligned.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions): Serverless Operator

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Serverless Operator
2. Go to dev perspective and then go the Event sources in Dev Catalog
3. Click on the Event source tile and open the event source form
4. Notice that the loading indicator is misaligned

Actual results:

Loading indicator is misaligned

Expected results:

Loading indicator should be aligned with the description or centered on page
