Description of problem:

When the user open the pipeline builder and add adding a parameter, resource or workspace the user could not see which fields are required or not. Esp. on the parameters table she/he could not now this.

All these lists or tables should mark the required fields as required with a small red asterisk.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

• OpenShift Pipeline operator (tested with 1.4.1)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open developer perspective > Pipeline
2. Press Create to open the Pipeline Builder
3. Click "Add parameter", "Add resource" and "Add workspace"

Actual results:

The parameter, resource and workspace list doesn't show an indicator which fields are required.

Expected results:

The fields which are required should show a red asterisk.
