Description of problem:

When the monitoring chart data could not be loaded correctly, the monitoring page shows strange looking error messages.

Dev console path: /dev-monitoring/ns/default for example

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

1. Monitoring should return available errors (on a local CRC for example)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open developer perspective > Monitoring

Actual results:

Error messages looks centered in a strange way

Expected results:

Error messages should use the complete available width
