Description of problem: Sidebar for kafka connection resource doesn't show action menus as shown in topology

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to Dev console => search (type kafka connection)
2. Create a Kafka connection resource
3. go to topology and click on kafka connection 

Actual results:

Expected results: Actions menus should be present on the sidebar for kafka connection
