Overview

This epic covers two main issues:

• Currently users are not able to create brokers from the console
• Currently we do not support custom domain by using Domain Mapping in the console

• As a user I want to be able to create a Broker from the UI
• As a user, I should be able to see a Broker option on the Add page
• As a user, I should be able to create a Broker from a form
• As a user, I should be able to define a custom domain by using Domain Mapping in the Adv Options and select from existing domains when creating a Knative Service
