Field error is shown when `Try Sample` is clicked

    Description

      Description of problem:

      When the `Try Sample` is clicked once it shows the `Required` field error. The sample URL is added, when it is clicked again

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add -> Developer catalog -> All Services
      2. Select the `.Net` builder image
      3. Click on `Try sample` in the `Create Source-to-Image Application` form

      Actual results:

      The Git repo URL shows a required field error

      Expected results:

      Should fill the sample URL in the Git repo URL field
