Description of problem:

In the Quick search/add feature in topology, quick start matches show a badge of "QUICK START" which is not plural. The Quick Starts catalog is plural, and all of the other badges are plural, so Quick Starts should be as well

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to dev perspective
2. Navigate to (or create) a project
3. click the book icon (Quick search/add) in the topology bar
4. type in Quarkus
