Description of problem:

When enough parallel tasks are added, the graph gets cut off.

Pipeline Operator

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Pipeline Builder
2. Add parallel (the down "+" on a task) tasks until you see it cut off (takes about 5 or 6)

Actual results:

The graph is cut off

Expected results:

The graph area to expand to cover all the nodes + a whitespace border gap
