Description of problem:

1. The icon for the popover next to workspaces should be the i info icon instead of the question mark.
2. When expressions title should be "When expressions".
3. The help text for when expressions in the side panel should be "No when expressions are associated with this task." (changes- no capitalization and add period)
4. In the side panel "Display Name" should follow sentence case so it should be "Display name"
