Description of problem:

`Finally` text is modified to `Final` as part of this translations PR https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/8720, This needs to be reverted back.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

OSP 1.4 operator

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to pipeline builder page.

Actual results:

In the finally section, notice the `Add final task` action button.

Expected results:

It should be `Add Finally task`.

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Always

OCP- 4.8

Additional info:

"Finally tasks", "Finally task,’ and "Add finally task’ is changed to "Final tasks", "Final task" and "Add final task" respectively. Revert this changs.
