Add page details switch and getting started label is misaligned on small screens

Description of problem:

Add page details switch and getting started label is misaligned on small screens. They should be left aligned when they break into a new line.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the add page
2. Resize the window and watch the details switch
3. Test it with hidden getting started section

Actual results:

1. Details switch and getting started label is shown on the right hand side on wide screens.
2. Details switch and getting started label is shown on the right hand side on small screens.

Expected results:

1. Details switch and getting started label is shown on the right hand side on wide screens.
2. Details switch and getting started label is shown on the left hand side on small screens.
