Description of problem: 

Git type cannot be selected in git import forms.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Git import form.
2. Enter `https://something.gitrepo.com`
3. Git Type selection dropdown is shown. Select an option from the dropdown.

Actual results:

The dropdown selection automatically resets to `Other`.

Expected results:

The dropdown selection does not resets.
