Description of problem:

While hovering on the Minimize button on the terminal header tooltip open at the correct position but once the button is clicked terminal minimizes and the tooltip stays open at the previous position.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open web terminal
2. Click on minimize button
3. Notice tooltip stays open when the terminal is minimized

Actual results:

Tooltip stays open at the previous position of the button

Expected results:

The tooltip should close once the terminal minimizes
