Description of problem:

Clicking on `Open in new tab` button on web terminal header takes user to `/terminal` route which then redirects to the topology page. Check attached gif

Steps to Reproduce

1. open web terminal
2. Click on `open in new tab` button

Actual results:

redirects to topology page

Expected results:

Terminal should be opened in new tab
