Increment/Decrement buttons don't work for Resource limit in Advanced section

Description of problem:

The Increment/Decrement button for the Resource limit in the Advanced section for Add forms does not work

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Import from Git form
2. Fill the form and click on Resource limit in the Advanced section
3. Try increasing and decreasing the CPU and Memory Request or Limit values

Actual results:

The increment and decrement button does not work

If we add number manually and try increasing or decreasing the value it works
