Description of problem:

Object updated alert is shown in yaml view of edit-deployment page even after reloading the object.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions): None

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a deployment
2. Open topology resource node context menu
3. Click on Edit Deployment action
4. Now switch to yaml view
5. Wait for the alert to be shown
6. Click on reload button

Actual results:

Alert is not removed

Expected results:

Alert should be removed once the object is reloaded
