      Description of problem: In Admin perspective Pipelines and Serverless nav options are broken

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions): Install pipelines/serverless operator

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. go to admin perspective
      2. go to pipelines =>  pipelines => create or Serverless => Eventing => create

      Actual results: UI breaks

      Expected results: create options should be shown wrt to pipelines/serverless

      Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once): Always
