Description of problem: Monitoring in devPerspective take the user to the alerts page

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to  dev perspective
2. click on monitoring

Actual results: user is taken to https://console-openshift-console.apps.jakumar-2021-05-13-212110.devcluster.openshift.com/monitoring/alerts?rowFilter-alert-state=firing&rowFilter-alert-source=platform 

Expected results: user should be taken to monitoring piece in dev perspective
