Git type field flickers on submit

Description of problem:

The git type field flickers for a moment when submitting any form that uses the git URL field.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

None

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to any import form that uses the git URL field.
2. Fill up the form and submit
3. Notice the git section, the git type field temporarily shows up

Actual results:

Git type field is shown and flickers

Expected results:

Git type field is not shown
