Description of problem:

How can someone use a quick start on mobile without having to close and leave the quick start each time? There is no minimize for quick starts. Should quick starts even be available on mobile?

At the moment the only way to resume a quick start is to navigate back to the quick start pages and reselect the one you were viewing previously. This is not a usable work flow.

Steps to Reproduce

1. start a quick start on mobile
2. try to follow the steps 
3. Close the quick start so you can navigate the console and perform the steps
4. in order to resume the quick start, navigate to the quick start catalog and re-select the quick start that was previously started
