Description of problem:

If you have an operator backed service installed, and that operator is using the default operator icon (lightning bolt), when going to Topology List view, there's an issue with that icon.

Steps to Reproduce

I reproduced with WTO Installed

1. login as cluster admin
2. start the web terminal ( it asks which namespace to start the dev workspace in )
3. Once installed you'll see an operator backed service in that namespace
4. switch over to the topology list view and you'll see the issue

Expected results:

1. you should see the same icon in the list view as the graphical view ( lightning icon for operators that don't have their own logo )
