Description of problem:

Token we using currently to login in RHOAS plugin in future can be shorter after release is done.
When it is shorter than 500 chars validation will not let users to create service account.

This change reduces number of characters for token page and it have been validated by our team.
No QA required.

1. Not possible due to tokens in production currently being 800 characters
