helm rollback form footer is offset

Description of problem:

The form footer of the helm rollback page is offset.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. install a helm chart
2. go to Helm release list page
3. click kebab of helm release and select `Rollback`

Actual results:

Expected results:

The form footer buttons should be aligned with the left edge of the table.
