i18n missing in the filter dropdown present in the build configs list page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Administrator -> Build configs list page
2. click on the filter dropdown
3. add `?pseudolocalization=true&lng=en`

Actual results:

The build strategy filter options are not translated

Expected results:

The build strategy filter options should be translated
