Description of problem:

The tooltip on pipeline metrics for number of pipeline runs it should be updated so that it still says the date on the first line, but the second line should say Pipeline Runs: x. This is to update it to be consistent with PF guidelines. For the tooltip on task run duration, all three values of the pipeline run should be shown on one tooltip. Attached picture is the example of PF to follow.
