A focus outline has appeared in topology while dragging the connector arrow

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a deployment
2. go to topology
3. hover the deployment node
4. drag the connector handle

Actual results:

Connector arrow has a focus outline

Expected results:

no focus outline on connector while dragging
