Description of problem:

Sample apps creation page creates apps in the openshift namespace instead of the currently selected namespace.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

None

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to +Add > Samples and click on any sample application card
2. Notice the project dropdown in the top left shows "openshift"
3. Click on Create, the application gets created in the "openshift" namespace

Actual results:

The application gets created in the currently selected namespace

Expected results:

The application is created in the "openshift" namespace
