- Quick Starts content in some places instructed users to enter values that were not allowed in OpenShift. Some of the content issues were addressed during the usability testing (see link under #7 on page 9).
- Generic error messages sometimes made it difficult for users to detect their mistakes. In the example below, user had an unintended empty space at the end of the text entry. It was difficult for users to detect what they did wrong when the error message was not specific.
- For OCP error handling, consider detecting empty space before and after the input string, and displaying the specific error message instead of a generic list of all possible errors.
