Description

As a user, I should be able to search for devfile samples in topology quick search and in dev catalog.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Contribute all the samples to topology quick add catalog.
   1. Contribute providers for both builder image and devfile samples.
   2. Should add a link for view all samples in quick search modal.
2. Contribute a new catalog item type for devfiles to dev catalog.
3. Contribute the catalog item provider for devfiles to dev catalog.
