Pipeline metrics not working

Description of problem:

Pipeline metrics is not showing any data

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Install Openshift Pipelines 1.4 nightly operator

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a pipeline and run the pipeline several times
2. Navigate to Developer -> Pipelines -> <pipeline-name> -> Metrics

Actual results:

No data is shown in the Metrics tab

Expected results:

Metrics tab should display Number of pipelineruns, Pipeline Success Ratio , etc..
