Description of problem:

If the dropdown is at the end of the page,  values are displaying at bottom. but for an end user, it should display on top for easy access. Attaching video for more clarity

Install pipeline operator

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to pipeline builder page
2. select the "buildah" task
3. Add the workspace by entering the workspace name as "abc"
4. click on "buildah" task
5. scroll down to the work spaces section

Actual results:

Drop down values are displaying at bottom of the dropdown [Refer the [attachment|odc-5665.webm]

Expected results:

Drop down values should display on top of the dropdown
