Fix issues with "search" capability in the Topology Quick Add component

Description of problem:

Fix issues with "search" capability in the Topology Quick Add component. Currently search works well with a single word search. The issue is when you try to narrow down those search criteria.

Split the search term at the whitespace and search each data point individually
Search should be able to match the following

• • name
  • description
  • catalog type ( helm chart, event source, etc )
  • individual tags
  • category label ( aligned with categories in dev catalog )

Actual results:

Try typing in "helm <chart name>".
No results because the full search term is used.

Expected results:

"helm" should match against the type while "<chart name>" would match the type.

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

always.
