Description of problem:

The number of pipeline runs graph shrinks so it isn't aligned once there are data points (it is the right size in the empty state).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a pipeline
2. Go to metrics tab
3. Wait for the data points to populate the graph

Actual results:

Expected results:

the number of pipeline runs graph stays aligned with the other graphs
