Description of problem: Form footer and shadow effect not proper for Edit form of Workloads/KSVC

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions): Install Serverless

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a workload D/DC/KSVC from container image or import flows
2. Click on Edit {app_name}
3. View the form footer

Actual results:  Form footer and shadow effect not proper for the form created for edit app

Expected results: Form footer and shadow effect should be proper as in other import forms

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once): Always
