Description of problem:

While focused on the viewAll link enter is pressed the user is taken to the selectedItem instead of the viewAll link.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open QuickSearch modal
2. Search for any catalogItem
3. Using tab focus on viewAll link
4. Now press enter

Navigates to selected item

Expected results:

Should navigate to viewAll link page
