Description of problem: Form footer and shadow effect not proper for the form created for knative service

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions): Install Serverless

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a workload D/DC from container image or import flows
2. Can see option to "Create Knative service" once workload is in ready state
3. View the form footer

Actual results:  Form footer and shadow effect not proper for the form created for knative service

Expected results: Form footer and shadow effect should be proper as in other import forms

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once): Always
