Description of problem:

When the Name field is auto-filled, then the field validation doesn't occur immediately. As a result, for a repo name like `101-tutorial`, the create button is disabled and no error is being displayed.

I can think of 2 ways to fix this:

• fix the field validation
• create a util that checks the repo-name and modifies it as per the guidelines to create Name before auto-filling

1. Go to `Import from Dockerfile`
2. Add URL `https://github.com/dockersamples/101-tutorial`

Actual results:

Create button is disabled with no errors being displayed

Expected results:

Create button should be enabled if there are no errors
